It Is Easy Being Green,February 23, 2010

"I've been using a hodge-podge of "green" grocery bags for some time - so long I actually remember now to have them on hand when grocery shopping! - but they were either all over my kitchen post-shopping trip, or all over my little car. These bags fit into a very compact bag, and they stay in the bag. They hold quite a bit of groceries, and are easy to carry by hand or slung over the shoulder. Once I've emptied them, its almost a zen/origami moment as I refold them and put them back in the mother pouch. I love these for their utility, compactness and attractiveness."

"I ordered these bags because I wanted some reusable bags that I could ALWAYS have with me. The trouble with my old ones was that I had them in the van, but would frequently leave them in the backseat when I'd go shopping. I LOVE these colorful, stylish bags, because they easily fold up and store in their pouch and fit in my purse. I've told countless people about them and that they hold up to 44 pounds. I couldn't be more satisfied and may purchase more to give for Christmas gifts this year. If everyone would use them, imagine what good we would do for Mother Earth!"

"I love these bags. I keep them in my purse so I always have them handy for groceries or any other purchases. They are very attractive too and I've already received several compliments about them. When open, they are much bigger than I thought they would be. They are also simple to refold into their compact storage shape (I'm a terrible folder - my maps are a mess, so that's a big compliment from me). I'm planning to buy more for my mom and sister."

"I'd received a bag as a gift and carry it with me ALWAYS because it use it for just about everything .... SO, what better gift for friends? I purchased the Mikado bags for their versatile prints and gave them individually as gifts at Christmas. All are thrilled! Why? The size of the bags are generous - yet fold down so small to fit in purses, briefcases, etc.; the fabric is light but durable & washable; the prints are really fun! The fact that the set was so reasonably priced for the quality was a real plus!"
